How do I track my order?

Log in to My Account to view real-time order and tracking status. Checked out as a guest? Use our guest order lookup form to enter your order number and email address and pull up the same tracking details.

How long does shipping take?

We attempt same-day shipping on orders placed before 12PM EST, Monday–Friday, though this isn't guaranteed during high-volume periods. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by country and package weight, so please contact us with your location and the parts you need for a shipping quote before ordering.

How do I know if a part fits my bike?

Check the fitment details listed on each product page, including year, make, model, and any relevant carburetor or engine codes. Vintage and performance parts can have subtle variations between model years, so if you're ever unsure, call or email us with your bike's details before you order — we'd rather double-check than send you the wrong part.

What Mikuni carburetors do you stock?

We carry a wide range of Mikuni carburetors and rebuild components, including the VM, TM, TMX, RS, and HSR series, along with jets, needles, floats, gaskets, and other hard-to-find internal parts for vintage and performance applications.

Can you help me choose the right carburetor?

Yes. Carburetor selection and jetting can be tricky, especially on modified or older bikes. Give us a call or send an email with your bike's specs and intended use, and we'll help you find the right setup.

What is your return policy?

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are available on our Return Policy page.

Can I return carburetor jets or internal parts?

No. Due to the nature of these components, we do not accept returns on jetting or other carburetor internal parts. Electrical components are eligible for exchange only, and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed through a secure checkout.

What if I receive a defective part?

Please report any defects within 14 days of delivery by calling or emailing our team. We'll arrange a return and cover the cost of shipping the defective part back to us before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Do you offer wholesale or dealer pricing?

Are parts in stock or made to order?

The majority of our catalog is in stock and ready to ship. Some hard-to-find or specialty items are backordered from time to time — when that's the case, it will be clearly noted on the product page along with estimated availability.

What's the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by or for the original manufacturer of your bike and are built to match factory specifications exactly. Aftermarket parts are produced by third-party manufacturers — quality varies, but many aftermarket parts meet or exceed OEM specs, and they're often more affordable or easier to source for older and less common models. We note which is which on every product page so you can choose what's right for your build and budget.
